Hours of Boat Rental Availability: Saturdays and Sundays, May thru September
Hours to call during for making Reservations: 7 days a week, 9 am to 9 pm
- Are there places to eat on Lake Austin? Yes, there is Hula Hut, the Boat Yard, & Ski Shores Cafe!
- Do you have kids' life jackets? Yes, but you will need to specifically request them.
- Do you allow pets? No, sorry. Not even if they are really cute small lap dogs? No, sorry
- Do you rent pontoon boats or jet skis? No, sorry
- Do you know who does rent pontoon boats or jet skis? No, sorry
- Do you allow glass bottles or styrofoam on the boat? No, they are not allowed by Texas state law
- Do you allow alcohol on your boats? If you are 21 years of age and legal to drink in Texas
- Can the driver legally drink alcohol on the boat? Only if they are not and do not become intoxicated. However, the Lake Austin police will and do give out tickets for boating while intoxicated, reckless endangerment, public intoxication, minor in possession, & failure to identify
- What happens if I am late to arrive for my rental? Your rental time starts at the agreed upon time and you will still be due back at the dock at the same time to accomodate the next rental party.
- Do illnesses, injuries, cancelled trips, cloudy weather, hangovers, etc still count? Yes, sorry.
- Due you require a deposit? Yes, your full payment is due at the time you make your reservation. Your payment is only refundable in the event of rain at the time of your rental at that location.
